Payment methods

Every payment on this site is taken through Shopify's secure hosted checkout. The methods listed below are exactly the methods you will see at checkout — nothing hidden, nothing added at the last step.
Credit and debit cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. Accepted from every country we ship to: the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Digital wallets
Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. These appear automatically at checkout when your device or browser supports them, and are most commonly used by our UK, EU and US customers.
When you are charged
Your card or wallet is charged in full at the moment you complete the order. You receive an order confirmation by email immediately afterwards. We never store partial payments, subscriptions or recurring charges — every order is a single one-off payment.
Currency and taxes
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and are charged in pounds sterling at checkout. All prices include applicable UK VAT where it is due. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Import duties outside the UK may be charged by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.
Payment security
The entire site and checkout run over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. Card details are entered on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout and are never seen, handled or stored by MKM MARKETING LIMITED. Card payments are protected by 3-D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication where your bank requires it.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money leaves your account — any pending authorisation is released by your bank, usually within a few working days. Email info@lc-figurines.com if you need help completing an order.
Refunds
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method, within 14 days of us receiving your return. See our returns and refunds policy for the full process.
