Who we are

Stand With Her ("we", "us" or "our") operates the website https://lc-figurines.com (the "Site") and is an online shop run by MKM MARKETING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17372248. We sell hand-finished decorative resin figurines. These terms apply to your use of the Site and to every order placed through it.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may modify these terms at any time; the revised version is posted on this page with a new update date, and continued use of the Site after that point constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Licence to use our Site

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Definitions

• Cookie — a small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your browser, used to remember information such as your basket contents.
• Company — MKM MARKETING LIMITED, 5 West Ella Road, London NW10 9PT, England, which is responsible for your information under these terms.
• Country — the United Kingdom, where the Company is established.
• Device — any internet-connected device used to visit the Site.
• Service — the sale of figurines and the related customer support provided through the Site.
• Third-party service — providers such as Shopify, FedEx and our email provider whose services support the Site.
• You — the person or entity using the Site or placing an order.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order.
• Keep any account credentials secure and restrict access to your account.
• Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• licence, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource or otherwise commercially exploit the Site, or make it available to any third party;
• modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site;
• remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trade mark notices) of Stand With Her or its partners, suppliers or licensors.

What we sell

We sell four hand-finished resin figurines: No One Fights Alone, We Stand United, All For One and Always Watched Over. They are original, symbolic sculptures created for this project. They are decorative collector's pieces, not toys, and are not suitable for children under 14. Because each piece is hand-finished, small variations in paint and patina are normal and are not defects.

Orders and contract

Adding an item to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if a piece is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Prices and payment

Figurines are priced at £39.99 GBP. All prices on this site are shown in pounds sterling. The final total, including any taxes and shipping, is confirmed at checkout. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure hosted checkout — we never see or store your card details. Shopify is the payment platform; MKM MARKETING LIMITED remains the seller of the goods. Delivery

We dispatch within 0–1 working day and ship tracked with FedEx to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
• European Union: 4–8 working days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 working days
• Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 working days

These are estimates, not fixed dates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility. See our shipping policy.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel an order within two hours of purchase by emailing info@lc-figurines.com, provided it has not yet been dispatched. You may also cancel within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back. Full details are on our returns and refunds page. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

The 50% donation

We commit to donating 50% of the revenue from figurine sales to postpartum depression clinics and awareness programmes. Recipients are chosen by customer vote once the fund reaches £10,000. The donation is made by us as the seller — your order is a purchase of goods, not a charitable gift, so it is not tax-deductible for you and no part of it is collected on a charity's behalf.

Intellectual property and likeness

The sculpture designs, photography and site content are owned by MKM MARKETING LIMITED. The figurines are symbolic works about solidarity with mothers; they are not portraits and do not depict, name or endorse any identifiable individual, case or organisation.

Your suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas or suggestions you send us about the Site ("Suggestions") remain our sole and exclusive property. We are free to use, copy, modify, publish or redistribute Suggestions for any purpose, without credit or compensation to you.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or the products bought through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MKM MARKETING LIMITED, its affiliates and its staff from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages or reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not operate or control, such as carrier tracking pages or support organisations. We do not investigate or monitor their content and are not responsible for it. Once you follow a link away from the Site, these terms no longer apply and the other website's own terms, privacy policy and cookies govern your visit.

Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to keep the shop working — your basket contents, your checkout session and your cookie preference. Most browsers can be set to refuse cookies, but parts of the Site may then not work correctly. We never place personally identifiable information in cookies. We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new update date, so please review them periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts. If something goes wrong, email info@lc-figurines.com and we'll respond within 24–48 hours on working days.
