MKM MARKETING LIMITED ("we", "us" or "our") operates https://lc-figurines.com. Every parcel carries the same message to a new doorstep. Here is exactly when yours arrives, what it costs and what happens if anything goes wrong.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are prepared the same day. Handling time is 0–1 working day. Each figurine is packed in protective foam inside a rigid outer box.
Order processing time: 0–1 working day. Orders are prepared and dispatched on: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or UK public holidays.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide with FedEx to the United Kingdom, all European Union countries, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Every parcel is fully tracked and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our studio.
Delivery times
Transit times below are with FedEx after dispatch, counted in working days. Deliveries are made on: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any duties or import charges outside the destination country's free-trade arrangements are the recipient's responsibility.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your figurine arrives damaged, email info@lc-figurines.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window above, contact us and we open an investigation with FedEx straight away — you are never left chasing the carrier yourself.
Tracking your parcel
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched. You can follow it on the FedEx tracking page or ask us for an update on our track-your-order page.
